MODULAR KITCHEN CABINET TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

• Bodies are colored in WHITE MDF or painted PLYWOOD in standard.
• Bodies are in 18 mm E1 quality norms, produced with two faced MDF covered in melamine or 18 mm painted PLYWOOD.
• The backrest of bodies are produced as in 5 mm E1 quality norms with WHITE MDF with one face painted or 5 mm painted PLYWOOD.
• All the bodies are taped with pvc tape in 0.8 mm.
• The backrests are produced as interlaced system by opening canals into the bodies backrests.
• Wall cabinets  are installed with daset hanging system.
• The measurements of wall cabinet are 12”,15”,18”,24”, 30”, 36” and 42” in height, and 13” (including the cover) in depth. Base cabinet is 30”  in height, 25”  (including the cover) in depth.
• In base cabinets the toe kick foot is included into the body part. 5” –  6” gage toe kick foot is used.
• The bodies are produced as assembled or disassembled. Minifix is used as the combining element and accessory pack is available to combine each module.
• Each module is wrapped with shrinkage nylon with plastic corner shield and labeled.
• In drawer modules box ray is used and the body part of the drawer is included into the module.
• In lift-up cover modules BLUM HF and BLUM HKS mechanisms are included into the module.
• In cover modules 1 piece with retarder and 1 piece without retarder six-way hinge (BLUM brand) are included into the module.
• The equipments in the pictures are not included into the prices.
• Toe kick, laminate countertop, plinth and joint strips are to be priced  at extra cost.
• Laminate countertops are delivered without the sink hole is opened.
• Extra panels should be ordered additionally.
• Spoon holder, trash can, and under sink aluminum plate are priced on extra cost basis.
• Module covers are grouped in two and named as LACQUER PAINT – HG-MATT PANEL and many color alternatives are available.
• Holes for handholders are not made. Handholders are not included in the price.
